How to enroll.

  1. Click the brown Register button on the top righthand side of the page. This should take you to a new link.

  2. Fill out the form to the best of your ability and click submit.

  3. Within 24 hours, an email will be sent out to you to fill out the terms & agreement, liability forms, contract and payment information.

  4. Upon completion, location and confirmation of your child will be sent out.

  5. The week of the program, our staff will call to determine attendance for the first session.

How to determine what level my child is at.

Module 1 is designed for Elementary level to Early Middle School aged children. This can typically be from the age range of 7-12 year olds. If you have an advanced 6 year old that can grasps concepts quickly, they are welcomed to enroll.

Module 2 is designed with the late/advanced Middle School to High School aged adolescents. This can typically be from the age range of 13-18 year olds. If you have an advanced 12 year old that can grasps concepts quickly, they are welcomed to enroll in this module.

Where are we located?

We are located in various locations in San Ramon, CA based on demand. Upon completion of enrollment, the location and other important information will be sent out to you.

Who are the Tutors/Teaching Assistants?

The Tutors are college graduates, graduate students and/or professional that have worked for Fortune 500 companies in the Silicon Valley and Wall Street.

The Teaching Assistants are college graduates and/or graduate students that attend the local universities.

Some of the staff are alumni of the local Windermere Middle School & Dougherty Valley High School.

What materials do the students need?

The students will need a laptop and a smile to bring to class. If the student needs a laptop provided to them, that can be arranged if notified ahead of time.

Will the students be provided food?

The students will be provided snacks. During, the enrollment process we will ask about dietary restrictions.
